Sensor cleaning service is strictly only for
- My Sony Rewards members
- Sony Alpha interchangeable-lens cameras
- Customers who purchased their equipment from Sony Store. Verification of place of purchase will be conducted.

Sensor cleaning services on weekends are only applicable for customers who have successfully registered for a slot online.

As there are limited slots, each My Sony Rewards member is entitled to register for only one slot. Duplicate registrations will be automatically forfeited
Note: Limit to one body per customer
