About This Course

Learn how to capture the complete story of a wedding through photography and videography with Kate and Brent. From preparations and portraits to the ceremony and first dance, they reveal how they anticipate moments, adapt to changing conditions and work together without disrupting the day.

Explore how they select cameras and lenses for different creative and practical needs, use available and contrasting light, capture authentic interactions and create visual variety through composition, movement and detail. You will also see how safe coverage and creative experimentation can work together when important moments cannot be repeated.

The course introduces practical camera settings for both photography and videography, including exposure safeguards, custom controls, frame rates, shutter speed, picture profiles, focus tools and slow motion. It also considers how editing, music and ambient sound help transform individual images and clips into a compelling wedding story.
