Which Equalizer setting works in the INZONE Hub and Sony's Sound Connect app?

Whether the Equalizer setting works depends on which app you have it set to, the connected device, and the connection method.

  • If the Equalizer is set in the INZONE Hub software:
    The setting is stored in the computer. If the INZONE Buds are connected to the computer, the Equalizer setting you have set in the INZONE Hub software will be effective.

    Note: If the INZONE Buds are not connected to the computer, the Equalizer setting will be ineffective.

  • If the Equalizer is set in the Sony | Sound Connect app:
    The setting is stored in the INZONE Buds and will be effective when the headphones are connected to a device via Bluetooth.

    Note: If the INZONE Buds are connected to a smartphone via a USB transceiver, or the headphones are connected to a computer or PlayStation®5, the Equalizer setting will be ineffective.
