G-Master Portrait Tour 2026 (Ipoh)

The G-Master Portrait Tour 2026 is a nationwide workshop offering hands-on experience with selected Sony Alpha cameras and G-Master lenses. Participants will photograph themed portraits featuring talents from Penang while testing autofocus speed, tracking accuracy, and image quality. Led by Alpha Specialist Harn Teh, the session covers portrait fundamentals, camera setup, and lighting techniques using natural light, flash, and continuous lighting. Attendees can bring their own flash equipment for guidance.

Participants will also gain practical insights into composition, subject interaction, and how to achieve natural-looking portraits with beautiful bokeh. Live demonstrations of autofocus tracking and lighting setups will help deepen understanding in real shooting scenarios. With limited touch-and-try units available, participants can fully explore the capabilities of G-Master lenses while receiving guidance and support from Alpha Gurus and external professionals throughout the session.

🎯 What you’ll experience:

• Learning the fundamentals of portrait photography, lighting tips such as natural light, led lighting and flash photography. Most importantly, experience the beauty of G-Master lenses.
   
• Autofocus & Tracking performance as well as Lighting demonstration, Lead by Harn & Assisted by External Pro or Alpha Guru

• Please bring along your own Sony Camera, Lens, SD Card & other accessories.
• Recommended SD Card includes: V30, V90, SF-G64T, or CEA-G80T.
• Limited unit of camera and lenses are available for loan.
